Issues That May Arise During Company Registration
My Company's ACN is Already in Use
The entity page of myStake's company registration requires the company secretary to enter their company's ACN. Since an ACN is a unique number, myStake will not allow the same ACN to be used twice. In the event that you are unable to register your company on myStake due to the ACN being already in use please do the following:
- Click on the Drift icon located in the bottom right corner of your screen to get in touch with a member of the customer support team.
- Inform us with regards to what has happened and we will be able to check if your company's ACN has been taken.
- In the event that another registered company is using your company's ACN we may require documentation to prove that your company is the actual owner of the ACN.
- Once we can confirm that your company is the legitimate owner of the ACN, you will be able to use it to register your company on myStake.
